Merry Mint- Herbal Tea Blend

Merry Mint- A relaxing and minty blend! 

Directions: 2 heaping teaspoons per cup, steep for 20 minutes. Herbal teas can be brewed 2-3 times. 

Ingredients: Spearmint, Peppermint, Scullcap, and Lavender. All organic herbs, always! 

• Spearmint- Sweet, cooling mint traditionally used to ease digestion, lift the mood, and gently refresh the senses.
• Peppermint-  Invigorating and clarifying; supports clear breathing, digestion, and a bright, cooling finish to the blend.
• Scullcap-  A classic calming herb known for quieting mental chatter, easing tension, and encouraging peaceful relaxation.
• Lavender-  Soft, aromatic floral traditionally used to soothe the nerves, relax the mind, and create a sense of emotional ease.
