Sinus Tea — A clearing, comforting herbal blend!

Directions: 2 heaping teaspoons per cup, steep 20 minutes. Herbal teas can be brewed 2-3 times. 

Ingredients: Elderberry, Nettles, Goldenrod, Mullein, Elder Flower, Hawthorn Berry, Hyssop. All organic herbs, always! 

• Elder Berry – Traditionally used for seasonal support; rich in plant antioxidants and known for gently encouraging natural immune resilience.
• Nettles – A mineral-rich herb long used to ease seasonal irritation and support clear, balanced respiratory comfort.
• Goldenrod – Bright, aromatic herb traditionally taken to help dry and clear the sinuses while promoting healthy seasonal transitions.
• Mullein – Soft, soothing leaf historically used to support the lungs, clear congestion, and ease the feeling of heaviness in the chest.
• Elder Flower – Light and floral; traditionally used for sinus comfort, opening the head, and supporting gentle respiratory flow.
• Hawthorn Berry – A heart-supportive berry with warming qualities, traditionally believed to nurture circulation and overall vitality.
• Hyssop – Aromatic and clearing; historically taken to open the breath, warm the chest, and support respiratory ease.
